4 apps. No integration. R1.8M in hardware, acting like it was 1995.
A motion alert fired while the client was overseas. They couldn’t check the alarm or lock the gate because they didn’t talk to each other. A poorly lit setup from a previous installer meant false alerts were the norm, so they stopped checking notifications altogether.
The system existed. It just didn’t work.
One app. Full control. Everything is talking to each other.
We audited the existing hardware, fixed the lighting automation that was triggering false alerts, and integrated all four systems into a single platform. Alarm, cameras, gate, and lights now operate as one system. The client gets a motion alert overseas, checks the camera feed, sees the alarm status, and locks the gate. All from one screen in under 10 seconds.
R1.8M in hardware is finally doing what it was bought to do.
